Please note prices do not include postage charges. 

The cost of postage is dependant on the total weight of your combined purchase. I only charge my customers what the order costs me to post plus an additional 50p for packaging material and I will always opt for the cheaper option unless you specifically request an alternative delivery service. My general postage option is priced at £4.91 which would cover any order weighing between 1000g (1kg) and 2000g (2kg); however in the event that your order weighs less than 1kg I will arrange to refund the additional postage costs before dispatch.

Orders with a combined weight of up to 1kg will be sent via second class mail and will be charged as follows:
0-100g:      £1.33;    101g-250g:  £1.72   251g-500g: £2.16   501g-750g: £2.61    751g-1000g:£3.15

Orders over 1kg will be sent via standard delivery service costing and will be charged as follows:
up to 2kg:  £4.41   2.1kg-4kg:   £7.62  4.1kg-6kg:    £10.34   6.1kg-8kg: £12.67  8.1kg-10kg: £13.61 10.1kg-20kg: £15.86

In the event your order weighs more than 2kg I will contact you directly to confirm and request additional postage costs.


Postage costs can only be calculated once each order has been manufactured.

Please note that no tracking service is provided with these delivery services. If you require a recorded delivery service please contact me for a price.

Customers are asked to note that all my products are freshly handmade for you when ordered and as you can appreciate this takes time. In addition all bath bombs must be left for a period of 24 hours after being moulded to properly set. Taking this into account please allow me 7-10 days to make and dispatch the order after it is placed. For wholesale orders please allow 15-20 working days for me to make and dispatch.


All orders are very carefully packed to ensure they are not damaged during transit. In the event that they are I am sorry to say I cannot accept responsibility for this and any issues of this nature should be dealt with via the postal service.


Please be aware that my products are not recommend for pregnant women because they contain essential oils. The majority of my products are allergen free but please be sure to read all ingredients labels prior to use.
